Internal SOP for MMO Teams Using Multilogin to Manage Browser-Based Operations

Section 1 – Daily Workflow Summary

Purpose:
To ensure safe, consistent, and scalable browser-based operations across MMO teams using Multilogin.

Who should use this SOP:

• VA (Virtual Assistants)
• Operators (content, support, registration)
• Team leads
• Infra/admin roles

🔹 3.1. Profile Setup

1. Login to Multilogin
2. Click “Create New Profile”
3. Fill in:
   • Profile name (e.g., yt_us_aff_01)
   • Select OS, timezone, language
   • Load proxy (SOCKS5 or HTTP)
   • Enable fingerprint noise
4. Save & Tag (example: warm, tiktok, redbubble)

🔹 3.2. Profile Usage Rules

• Always use assigned profiles only
• Never open more than 1 profile at a time unless instructed
• Wait 5s before clicking anything after browser loads
• Do not close profile before action completes (e.g., upload)

Send end-of-day report with:

• Profiles opened
• Actions performed
• Issues flagged
• Notes or screenshot (if errors)

📂 Section 4 – Backup & Recovery

• Back up important profiles every Friday (Team Lead only)
• Export as .ZIP
• Store in shared Google Drive
• In case of session error, restore from backup

🔐 Section 5 – Security Notes

• Never login outside of Multilogin
• Do not disable proxy or fingerprint
• Rotate password after major campaign
• Disable profile after ban, log it in Sheets

🏁 Section 6 – SOP Review & Audit

• SOP reviewed monthly
• Update profile naming conventions if needed
• Weekly audit by Infra Lead to detect misuse or error
